Terms and conditions
Last updated: oktober 2026
1. General
By using the Auralis website and services, you agree to these terms. Auralis offers peptides exclusively for research purposes. We are not responsible for misuse or improper use of the products.
2. Privacy and encryption
We only process the personal data needed to receive, take payment for, ship and follow up orders, answer enquiries and run the website. Checkout contact details (name, email, phone, address or LL code) are stored encrypted. We do not sell personal data.
Data is shared only with the providers needed to run the shop, and only what they need for their task:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, database and security, and visitor statistics without cookies (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
- Resend: sending email, such as order confirmations, contact form messages, account emails and the newsletter.
- The payment provider you choose at checkout, for example PayGate, Paymento, Paybis or Revolut, receives the details needed to complete the payment.
- Shipping: in Norway you buy postage yourself from Posten. For deliveries to Sweden, the carrier receives the name, address and phone number needed for delivery.
- Telegram processes messages only if you contact us there yourself.
Cloudflare and Resend are US companies, so data may be processed outside the EEA. Such transfers follow the providers' data processing terms and the applicable transfer mechanism.
Contact details on an order are deleted automatically 90 days after the order. The order itself, with products, amounts and status, is kept for accounting without those details. A customer account is kept until you delete it.
If you sign up for the newsletter, we store your email address encrypted together with your market and language, and use it only for the newsletter. You confirm the signup through a link in an email, and every newsletter has a link to unsubscribe. The address is then deleted right away. Signups that are not confirmed are deleted after seven days.
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to the processing. If you have an account, you can download or delete your data on My page; otherwise, contact us through the contact page. You can also complain to Datatilsynet in Norway or the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
We only use necessary cookies and local browser storage, for example for the cart, sign-in and your language and market choice. Visitor statistics are collected with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and only shows aggregated figures.
3. Customer accounts
You can shop as a guest or create an optional account on My account. The account stores your email address encrypted, your password only as a secure hash, and your name, phone and address only if you add them yourself. Your orders are linked to the account with a cryptographic key derived from your email address, so order history, tiers and credit keep working after the contact details on the order itself have been deleted. You can download your data or delete the account at any time on My account. Deleting removes the account details and the link to your orders; the orders themselves are kept without personal data for bookkeeping.
4. Orders and delivery
The payment methods available are shown at checkout – for Swedish orders, for example Paybis or Revolut crypto. Fees and any minimum amount are listed with each method, and bulk orders are paid with cryptocurrency. Orders to Sweden ship from Norway to the address you enter at checkout. Bulk orders ship internationally directly from the supplier.
For orders in Sweden, enter your name, address, postcode, city, and phone number at checkout. Address line 2 is optional. Orders are shipped from Norway to Sweden; no LL code is needed.
5. Returns and complaints
All purchases are final. The products are sealed research products that, for health and hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once the seal is broken. We therefore do not accept returns or give refunds for items delivered as ordered. This does not limit your rights if an item is wrong, damaged or does not arrive.
Contact Auralis through an available contact channel as soon as possible if you receive the wrong item, a damaged shipment, or do not receive your parcel. We will assess the matter and seek a solution under applicable rules.
If a parcel cannot be delivered or is returned because of circumstances on the customer's side—for example, an incorrect address, failure to collect it within the time limit, or refusal to accept it—we may offer a new shipment for a fee of 30% of the original total. The fee applies only when the cause is attributable to the customer, who will be told the amount before a new shipment is ordered.
The fee does not apply to picking errors, shipping damage, documented loss by the carrier, or other circumstances attributable to Auralis or the carrier. This provision does not limit the customer's statutory rights regarding delays, defects, or complaints.
